Former Era’s Beauty

If the Phi Mask is truly the archetype for the ideal human face then, besides fitting beautiful faces from various cultures today, we would expect that it might fit beautiful faces from past eras. Indeed this Is the case. From our earliest records of attractive human faces in Egypt through the Greek and Roman eras to the beautiful faces in the renaissance and 16th to 19th centuries, beautiful faces seem to have a remarkable correlation with the Mask.
